The SAAV Los Angeles Sexual Assault Survivor Guide & Directory:
SAAV is currently creating SAAV's LA Sexual Assault Survivor Guide & Directory, a comprehensive information resource with all the information a woman may need to aid in her healing process.
This guide will include a complete list of professionals specializing in this area, including rape crisis centers, counselors, therapists, group therapy, self-defense classes, descriptions and symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, instructions on applying for Victims of Violent Crime Compensation, recommended reading, and much more.
SAAV's LA Sexual Assault Survivor Guide & Directory will be distributed through local rape crisis centers, hospitals, high school and college campuses and anywhere else where it is requested or needed. It will also be available online through this website.
